Tim and his wife, Sue, reside in Traverse City, Michigan and have three grown children. Tim is an amateur astronomer in his spare time and he can never get enough of messing with computers. He and Sue are avid downhill skiers and also enjoy hiking in the Glen Lake area and throughout northern Michigan. Tim is active in the Traverse City Kiwanis Club, Keryx Prison Ministry, and helps out with the football coaching staff at Glen Lake High School.

Sue is commonly your first “point of contact” when you contact Terrapin Networks, as she handles the phones and monitors the Help Desk email and web service requests. If you need it done, Sue will get it to the right person so progress gets made and your staff can keep working.

In addition, Sue has handled the business affairs of Terrapin Networks for many years. Recently she has pitched in helping with our marketing efforts. She has an Associate Degree from Northwestern Michigan College.

Sue and her husband, Tim, reside in Traverse City, Michigan and have three grown children. Sue especially enjoys outdoor physical activities like skiing and hiking, and enjoys using those master gardener skills gardening and landscaping.
