Our affordable TurtleShell support plans come in two simple flavors: On-Demand and Full Time.

Turtleshell On-Demand: Block of hours support, available on an as-needed basis that you control. Weekly reports so you always know the current status, along with great rates, make this the preferred choice for our new customers. This package eliminates traditional travel charges, as there is no travel charge in the local Traverse City area, and other areas carry a discounted, flat rate travel fee. This leaves the time you purchase dedicated to technical support.

TurtleShell Full-Time: Our unique Fixed Rate Setwork Support plan offers full-time IT Department Services and Management for a no-hassle complete package that includes labor, help desk services, CTO services, travel, after hours, and emergency work. Always custom designed to fit the particular needs of your company or organization.

TurtleShell Tapeless Backup: This is some real "special sauce" we've cooked up: Full network data protection without the endless hassle of tapes. We have a nifty system put together that includes the backup device and software for a flat price -- and this flat price beats the cost of a tape drive, tapes, and software all to heck.

TurtleShell Spam Protection Service: Another "Terrapin Special", our TurtleShell Spam Protection Service is a managed service that really works. No software or hardware to buy, as spam is filtered before it ever reaches your network. This results in significantly less overhead on your network. What do we mean by that, and what is the benefit to your network?

It's simple, really; and of course, that's the appeal. Managed spam protection means spam sent to your domain (for example, www.yourcompanyname.com) never hits your network. That means spam doesn't clog your Internet connection, doesn't take processing power from your server to filter, and doesn't take up space on your file server with quarantined files.

Network Monitor and Alert Service: 24/7/365 network monitoring, alerting, and reporting. In most cases, we'll know about a problem on your network before you do. This service takes "proactive management" to an entirely new level. All covered with a reasonable monthly payment; and as usual, we handle everything for you.

Drop-off Computer Repair: Another unique offering by the Terrapin Team -- this is smarter computer repair. One fixed cost handles the labor to repair a computer you drop off to us. Plus, we extend our labor services for 15 days from when the unit is dropped off. Need some software installed a week after the repair? No problem, bring it back. It's on us.
